Lower prices are bringing buyers back
Two years ago the typical Brampton bungalow sold for $880,000. This October it was $725,000, a drop of $155,000. Over the last year the monthly median has drifted between $725,000 and $811,000, and October landed at the bottom of that range, the same level as February 2026.
Sales tell the other half of the story. 67 bungalows changed hands, one of the busiest months of the past year. Lower prices bring back buyers who were priced out two years ago, and the gap with Mississauga, where the October median was $994,000, about $269,000 higher, is a big part of Brampton’s appeal.
